Purpose of Foundation

Chapter II: The Foundation's goals and principles of operation

§5
The goal of the Foundation is:
1. Cultural and educational activities.
2. Running educational institutions.
3. Charity activities.
4. Organization of charity projects supporting people in need, as well as co-creating such undertakings in cooperation
with other foundations and institutions.
5. Scientific and research activities in the field of culture and education.

§6
The Foundation achieves its goals by:
1. Organization, co-organization, or patronage over artistic and cultural events, including concerts,
festivals, competitions, courses, workshops, etc. in Poland and around the world.
2. Organization, co-organization, or patronage over events other than those related to culture in Poland and in the world.
3. Organization, co-organization, or patronage of joint concerts, such as stage performances by several musicians;
chamber music concerts; gospel and jazz concerts; author concerts representing a composers' agency, etc.
4. Organization of scientific, educational, and cultural projects.
5. Organization of events aimed at promoting music and other fields of culture and art.
6. Organization of events and international exchanges.
7. Organization of seminars and scientific and cultural lectures.
8. Diffusion and promotion of culture.
9. Acquiring clients in the field of culture.
10. Acquiring non-cultural principals.
11. Co-operation with private persons, institutions, and state and foreign entities.
12. Collaboration with Schools and Music Academies.
13. Personal and professional development of artists.
14. Taking care of artists from Poland and abroad.
15. Rental of musical instruments, rooms, and necessary materials.
16. Financial, material or informational support for artists and the Foundation's charges in a difficult life situation.
17. Financial, material, or information support for the Foundation and other institutions
with which cooperation has been established.
18. Running educational institutions.
19. Running a Music Publishing House (books, sheet music, CDs, etc.).
20. Conducting charity activities.
21. Organization of charity projects supporting people in need, as well as co-creating such projects
in cooperation with other foundations and institutions.
22. Scientific and research activities in the field of culture and education.
23. Scientific publications and articles in close collaboration with artists from all over the world.
24. Cooperation with state, private, and international organizations to promote Polish culture
and the promotion of classical music and artists on the national and international stage.
25. Other activities related to the Foundation's goals.

§7
In order to achieve its goals, the Foundation may support the activities of other people and institutions in line with its goals.
